Behind every client relationship at Shawfield Private Wealth is Joane, our Practice Manager. She oversees the day-to-day running of the practice, from client servicing to the everyday administrative questions that come up along the way, and she's usually the fastest way to get something sorted.

Calm, organised and endlessly efficient, she is often the first port of call for anything from a quick administrative question to a more pressing issue that needs solving and she prides herself on getting to the bottom of it.

Behind the scenes, Joane runs the diary, organises client meetings, and makes sure that once business is agreed, it gets seen through to completion. She also manages a significant amount of the Practice's cash flow modelling, working in Excel and Voyant depending on each client's needs, and keeps every client record accurate and up to date.

Outside of the office, Joane is a devoted mum and, in quieter moments, a self-confessed bookworm: her personal record stands at 18 books read in a single year. Her favourite is The Seven Sisters by Lucinda Riley
